This picture was taken at CABLELabs site in Louisville, Colorado.  This is one of the TMIS systems  that PECA constructed for CABLELabs. In conjunction with CABLELabs, PECA customized this TMIS system to CABLELabs specifications. This system is one of the earliest TMIS system PECA designed.
