PECA's MABBSS offers features that provide flexibility, addressability and relaibility.

 

 

PECA’s Multi A/BB Switching System is a Master/Expansion configuration that provides up to 96 independent A/BB switches. PECA’s MABBSS can be controlled from front panel controls or via a computer system using PECA Comm.

PECA's Multi A/BB Switching System provides 16 independent "A" port or Black Burst (A/BB) to "C" common port switch modules integrated into a 2RU unit. When the "A" port is deselected a substitute Black Burst video signal is connected to the "C" common port. As an optional feature, the MABBSS can be equipped with an External Subsitution Signal port to replace the internally generated Black Burst signal with an external video signal.

PECA’s MABBSS Master can be configured with up to 16 independent A/BB switch modules. For system applications larger than 16 an expansion unit can be added. Each expansion unit can also be configured with up to 16 independent A/BB switch modules. This flexible configuration accommodates a variety of system requirements.
