PECA's Attenuator Control Board, Model ACB, provides the means to control different value programmable attenuators. The function of the ACB is to convert a decimal switch command, 1 dB, 2 dB, 3 dB etc., to a binary command, 1, 2, 4, 8 for a programmable attenuator. The conversion is achieved through a programmable EPROM for specific attenuator ranges and operation.

The ACB is ideally suited for control of industrial control devices and uses standard 74HC Integrated Circuit Logic.

PECA's ACB Features:

Attenuator control can be provided by a ribbon cable connected to the dual header connector.

Power is provided by panduit connectors ( not hard wired) for easy removal and flexibility.

Several ACBs can be used together to control large systems.

Can be powered on or off by a high quality mechanical push-push switch.

Contains a high quality toggle switch that can be used for additional control features.

Note: PECA's Attenuator Control Boards can be customized by attaching daughter boards for even greater control flexibility.
